- cranberry kering
- perisa blueberry
- pewarna ungu
- 250g butter
- 1 1/4 cawan gula perang
- 3 sudu besar susu pekat
- 5 biji telur
ayakkan:
- 1 cawan self rising flour(100g)
- 1 3/4 cawan tepung gandum(180g)
- 1/2 sudu kecil baking powder

- masukkan 2 cawan cranberry kering kedalam bahan yang telah diayak &gaul sebati
- pukul butter degan gula sehingga kembang
- then masukkan susu pekat.pukul lagi
- sambil pukul masukkan telur sebiji demi sebiji.
- masukkan tepung dan gaul mengunakkan senduk
- ambik separuh adunan dan letak sedikit pewarna + perisa blueberry
- tuang adunan kedalam loyang pembakar yang dilapik dengan baking paper
- tabur sedikit cranberry keatas adunan
- bakar pada suhu 170c selama 50 min (api atas bawah)

Cranberry Cake Recipe
Ingredients for making cranberry cake
- dry cranberries
- blueberry flavors
- purple coloring
- 250g butter
- 1 1/4 cups of brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons of condensed milk
- 5 eggs
sift:
- 1 cup self rising flour (100g)
- 1 3/4 cup of multipurpose flour (180g)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Steps to make cranberry cake
- Put 2 cups of dried cranberries into sifted ingredients & mix well
- Beat butter with sugar until it become light
- Then add condensed milk
- while beat the batter put egg one by one
- Add flour and mix well
- Take half of the batter and put some food coloring + blueberry flavor
- Pour the batter into prepared baking pan
- Sprinkle some cranberry on the batter before bake
- bake at 170C for 50 min
