resepi kek buah nie lain ckit sbb dia less sweet..
so bg sesiapa yang x suka manis2..boleh try guna resepi nie..
resepi nie kukus je tau..klau xde ove xpe...sbb uols boleh je kukus..
dah sediakan pen dan kertas ke??
jom kita salin resepi kek buah madu or honey fruit cake recipe
bahan-bahan untuk buat kek buah madu
- 1/2 cawan gula halus
- 1 + 1/4 cawan madu
- anchor butter 250g
- 2 cawan mix fruit (rendam air panas & toskan)
- 3 biji telur
- sedikit esen vanilla
- sedikit esen lemon
- 1/2 cawan air panas
ayakkan:
- 3 + 1/2 cawan tepung gandum
- 1+ 1/ sudu kecil baking powder
- 1 sudu kecil soda bikarbonate
- 1 sudu kecil cream of tartar
- 1 sudu kecil serbuk kulit kayu manis
cara-cara untuk membuat kek buah madu
- masak gula sehingga menjadi karamel dan masukkan 1/2 cawan air panas
- masukkan butter.masak sehingga butter cair
- then masukkan madu
- masukkan sedikit esen lemon bersama mix fruit
- after that masukkan tepung yang telah diayak.jangan berhenti kacau
- pukul telur bersama esen vanilla sampai kembang.ketepikan
- masukkan telur kedalam adunan kek buah dan kacau
- masukkan adunan kedalam bekas dan wrap it.kukus selama 3 jam

Honey Fruit Cake Recipe
Ingredients for making honey fruit cake
- 1/2 cup of refined sugar
- 1 + 1/4 cup of honey
- Anchor butter 250g
- 2 cups of mix fruit (soak hot water & drain)
- 3 eggs
- A little vanilla essence
- A little lemon essence
- 1/2 cup hot water
sift:
- 3 + 1/2 cups of wheat flour
- 1+ 1 / tsp baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of bicarbonate soda
- 1 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
steps to make honey fruit cakes
- Cook the sugar until it becomes caramelized and put 1/2 cup very hot water
- Add butter. Cook until butter melts
- Then put the honey
- Put a little lemon essence with mix fruit
- After that enter the sifted flour. Do not stop stirring
- Beat eggs with vanilla essence until it become frothy
- put the beaten egg into the dough and stir the dough
- put the batter into the pan and wrap it. Steamed for 3 hours
adunan kek buah yang bagus...ia tidak kering dan tidak lembab
a very good fruit cake batter is...it not too dry and not too moist
hasil lepas kukus 3 jam..cantik kan..nampak moist dan gebu je...mengiurkan..
after 3 hours steamed...the cake looks beautiful...moist and fluffy...really sumptuous
huh...kek penuh dengan buah...lembab je..sedap giler..
wow..a lot of fruits in the cake..very moist and soo...delicious
